What is this?
Someone at your business asked AutoSpark to figure out where work gets stuck and what that costs. The evidence comes from short, separate conversations with the few people closest to the work. You are one of them.
Who sees what I say?
Your interview is combined with your colleagues' into one picture of how the business runs. The report is about the work, with the quotes that back it. Nobody receives a recording of you, and nobody receives a word for word transcript with your name on it.
Will my name be on my words?
Only if you choose that. At the end of your interview you pick one of three options: your words with your name, your words without your name, or keep your words as background so nothing you said is quoted at all. If you skip the question, we use your words without your name.
Am I talking to a person?
No. The interviewer is AutoSpark's AI, disclosed up front, by voice or by text, whichever you prefer. It asks the follow up questions a senior operator would, and it has no opinion about you.
Do I have to do this?
Participation is your call, and you can skip any question. The conversation is about how work flows, not about grading people. There are no wrong answers and nothing here is a test.
Can the rules change after I speak?
No. The rules on this page lock before the first interview starts and cannot be loosened afterward. We record the version of the rules you saw, so the promise is checkable, not just words on a page.
One honest caveat.
Teams this small recognise each other. Even without your name, a colleague may recognise a situation you describe. Share what you would stand behind in a good team meeting, and if something feels sensitive, say so in the interview and it stays as unquoted background.
