The short version

We collect what a diagnosis needs and nothing else. Interview answers become findings, not published transcripts. Each person chooses how their words are attributed. We do not sell data, run ads, or share your information with anyone outside the engagement.

What we collect

When you start a diagnosis we ask for your name, work email, company name, website, team size, and the colleagues you invite (their names, roles, and email addresses). During an interview we record the conversation content itself, because that is the raw material of the diagnosis. We also keep basic technical logs (pages viewed, errors) to keep the service working.

How interview answers are used

Answers are analysed to find where work waits, doubles back, or depends on one person, and what that costs. The business owner receives findings and supporting quotes, never a raw transcript feed. Before an interview starts, each person is shown who sees what and chooses how their words may be quoted: with their name, with their role only, or kept in the background entirely. That choice is locked to the diagnosis and enforced by the software, not by policy alone.

Where it lives and who sees it

Diagnosis data is stored with our hosting and database providers (currently Vercel and Supabase) and processed with AI model providers under their business terms. Access is limited to your diagnosis workspace and to us as the operator. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your data to market to your team.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to delete an entire diagnosis, at any time. Email patrick@autospark.ai and we will confirm within a few business days. If you are in South Africa, POPIA applies to how we handle personal information; if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR does. We honour both regardless of where you are.
