Terms of service

Last updated 7 July 2026

What AutoSpark is

AutoSpark runs structured interviews with your team, analyses the answers, and delivers a costed operational diagnosis. The diagnosis is free to start. If you want the fix built, that is a separate, scoped engagement agreed in writing before any work begins.

Your part

You confirm you are authorised to run a diagnosis for the business you name and to invite the colleagues you list. You agree not to misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or upload content you have no right to share.

The numbers

Cost figures in a diagnosis are estimates built from what your team reports, stated with their basis and, where the inputs are spread, as ranges. They are decision support, not audited financials, and no figure is a guarantee of recoverable value.

Your data

Your diagnosis belongs to you. How we collect and protect the information in it is set out in the privacy policy, including each participant's control over how their words are attributed. You can ask for a diagnosis to be deleted at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Brightgro LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the diagnosis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be dated on this page. Questions go to patrick@autospark.ai. AutoSpark is a product of Brightgro LLC.
